Permission is not, to us, a "technicality." I'm not sure what decisions you think he's standing firm in that I'm undermining based on other situations.

I am unscreening this to reply as it was posted anonymously. I think this comment is a really good example of one of the problems with this journal. Not everyone who reads it knows either of us. They get only what we choose to post here, and that is, of course, limited information.
